Convenient location
Project Góraszka is being developed on the site of the former airport in Góraszka, near Warsaw.
The road junction connecting the S17 route with the Warsaw Southern Bypass (S2 route) enables quick and easy access to Góraszka by car.
This new development is accessible within minutes from both the southern and eastern districts of Warsaw and the surrounding municipalities.
More than 1700 spaces will be dedicated to visitors.

Project Góraszka will offer a variety of activities for the entire family.
The Majaland amusement park features a range of attractions inspired by children’s cartoon characters: Maja the Bee, Wickie the Viking and Heidi, as well as Super Wings.
From May 2022, visitors can enjoy almost 30 attractions for children of all ages across an area of around five hectares.

Sustainable development
The project in Góraszka involves:
- The use of building materials manufactured in the region, including natural wood and stone
- The facilities developed will exhibit low energy consumption, mostly from sustainable sources, including photovoltaic panels
- The deployment of solutions to ensure rainwater retention and its utilisation within the site
- Green roofs with extensive greenery
- The water accumulated in the retention basin will be utilised for watering the greenery on the site
Certificates
Project Góraszka has received the international BREEAM Communities interim certificate, which confirms that the Góraszka Project have a positive impact on the local community, environment and economy.
The investment will also apply for the BREEAM New Construction certificate.
Project Góraszka is also engaged in the MUQI (Mixed Use Quality Index) certification process. This is a pioneering and universal tool tool for evaluating the quality of mixed-use developments.
